What the numbers mean
- Sourced addresses
- Mailing addresses for homes we find for you, along a route or near your customers, when they aren’t on your list yet. Addresses you upload or sync from RouteNavigator are free. Unused sourced addresses roll over, and on Managed you can add more whenever you need them.
- AI credits
- For AI design help in the editor. Generating an image uses 1 credit; generating a postcard design uses 3. Unused credits carry forward.
- Workspace seats
- People on your team who can sign in.
- Saved postcards
- Finished designs kept in your library, ready to reuse in any campaign.
- Professional designs
- A Surrad designer builds both sides of your card from a short brief, print-checked and ready to mail. Managed includes two a month, and additional designs are available.
- Brand management
- Run more than one business name from your account, each with its own logo and brand library. On Growth and Managed.
- Separate workspaces
- Keep each business in its own workspace, so its lists, campaigns and team stay apart from the others. On Growth and Managed.
Mailing 300 neighbors a 6×8.5 Standard postcard costs $318 in printing and postage on Starter, $297 on Growth or $273 on Managed, paid from your prepaid balance. You see the total before anything sends. If those homes aren’t on your list yet, finding them uses 300 of your plan’s sourced addresses.

4.25×6 supports First-Class only. You can also design 4×6 and 6×9 postcards; mailing prices for those sizes are not yet available. On Managed, sourced addresses beyond your monthly allowance are charged separately. Your campaign shows the exact price before anything sends.
