For waste hauling

Your truck already passes their house every week.

Surrad mails the homes along the routes you already run and the neighbors of the customers you already serve. Every new subscriber is one more can on a street your truck drives anyway.

What a waste hauling card can look like.

A local reason to call, one clear offer, and two ways to answer it: a tracking number on the front and a QR code on the back. Build yours in the editor, or have our designer make it on Managed.

Front
  • The pickup day, front and center
  • One offer and one number to call
Back
  • QR code opens sign-up for this campaign
  • Calls to the number are tracked to this card

The cheapest stop is the one on a street you already run.

Fuel, labor and the trip to the landfill or transfer station are spent whether the truck stops at every house on a street or drives past half of them. A new can between two stops you already have adds a few seconds at the curb, not another mile.

Spread-out growth does the opposite: a sign-up three streets off the route adds drive time, and enough of them push a truck past its hard-out. Surrad points your mail at the gaps, so the route gets denser instead of longer.

How Surrad fills your route.

  1. 1

    Start from your routes

Record a run from the cab or pull a recorded route from RouteNavigator. Surrad takes every home within a set distance of that route as the audience.

  2. 2

Leave out who you already serve

Upload your customer list or connect RouteNavigator, and your current subscribers are excluded from every campaign.

  3. 3

Land the card before pickup day

Cards mail in route order, so they land the week your truck is next on that street, when the household can see it go by.

From the hauling side

Built by people who come from waste hauling.

We’ve watched trucks pass house after house that isn’t on the route sheet. Surrad is the tool we wanted for it: mail those houses, in route order, and see which cards made the phone ring.

Run RouteNavigator?

Connect it, and your customer list and recorded routes come straight into Surrad. Refresh the list before a campaign and new subscribers are left out of the mail.
